We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to help our thriving Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a customer-centric, organized and detail-obsessed coordinator who is excited about delivering best in class experience to hiring teams and candidates alike.

Here’s more of what you will get to do:

  • You will help with scheduling all interviews, working directly with candidates, recruiters and business partners
  • You will help schedule and partner on different recruiting events
  • Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

You’ll thrive in this role if you have: (All OfferUp employees are required to receive full  Covid-19 vaccinations,  per CDC guidelines. OfferUp will review accommodation requests due to a medical reason, or because of a sincerely held religious belief.)

  • 2+ years of Recruiting Coordination, HR or Administrative experience
  • High-volume scheduling experience (preferably with Greenhouse)
  • Self organized, with strong attention to detail, and a customer service mindset
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
