Community MeetUp Spots are well-lit, highly visible locations at police departments, sheriff stations, and participating retailers where buyers and sellers can exchange items for cash.  OfferUp provides these public locations at no charge to all OfferUp community members as well as anyone who wants a safer place to transact.
